We are comprised of dog enthusiasts of all kinds nested in animal assisted therapy. Our members are business-owners, businessmen and women, retirees, stay-at-home moms, dads, dog trainers and even junior reside in and serve the communities in area of Northern Illinois including Kendall and DuPage counties. Our companions are just as varied as our dogs. Our therapy dogs are mixed breeds, show dogs, dogs from shelters and organizations, and even couch-potato dogs. Our trained dogs give us “their all” in every visit we make. The common thread that makes our Club strong is our volunteers committed to “Making a Impact, One Paw at a Time.” What does this we’re a bunch of hard-working, who love working with our dogs and taking time with others.
Fox Valley Therapy Dog Club would like to think the individuals and organizations assist us in providing our therapy dogs would also like to thank Parkview Academy in Yorkville for graciously place to hold our training sessions and Old Second Bank in Yorkville for with meeting space to hold our business meetings and special educational canine assisted therapy to the public in libraries, nursing and healing facilities and other community organizations in the Fox Valley area.
